What we save

Registration saves your name, authenticated email, brokerage, and the date you accepted this notice. Report inputs remain in page memory until you choose Save report. Saved reports include inputs, results, creation date, and sharing preference.

Who can see it

The Brokerage Equity Report Team can see registration details and email request status in a restricted dashboard. Report details are excluded unless you explicitly share that report. Authorized hosting and database administrators may have technical access to stored data; reports are not end-to-end encrypted.

Email is your choice

Registration and saving never send email or enroll you in marketing. An email request is recorded only when you select the request action. Delivery is currently not connected. Nothing is sent automatically when a connection is added; pending requests require a separate delivery process.

Change your mind

Use Saved reports to revoke sharing or delete a report. Delete my account removes your profile, saved reports, and pending requests from the application database. Downloaded or printed copies cannot be recalled. Provider backups may persist under the hosting provider’s retention policies.

Hosting and analytics

The site uses ChatGPT sign-in and Sites hosting with database storage. The application adds no advertising cookies or marketing trackers. Hosting and authentication providers may process operational logs. Unsaved inputs are lost when the page closes.
